The Coalition was established in 1992. The focus of the Coalition is to Increase community awareness about African-American infant mortality in Solano County.

Community Health Clinic Ole is the medical and dental home for Napa County’s underserved, providing high-quality, affordable, compassionate and culturally sensitive primary health care. Our programs include Clinic Ole Medical Services, Sister Ann Dental Clinic and Healthy Moms and Babies.
